My children wanted better sleeping arrangements, as the beds were cramped for four of us. Having some family-sized beds would be great!

However, the room was quite small, and I found the lack of complimentary breakfast options disappointing. The staff was generally accommodating, but more amenities would significantly enhance the stay.

Slippery floors that could lead to some unfortunate spills. The air conditioning is a noisy wall unit that fails to deliver proper cooling, and for a hotel dollar, the bed quality is subpar, making for a restless night. Lighting in the hallways feels dim and adds an unsettling atmosphere, which didn’t help the peace of mind either.

Location excellent for cruises, easy to get to the port. Rooms tiny, felt cramped with little privacy.

I was welcomed with the warmest smiles. The room was a cozy escape, spacious enough for all my needs and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Plus, it’s just a hop away from the vibrant Bayside Marketplace for some post-check in fun!

The room was tiny, and the bed felt super small. The shower space was cramped, and I struggled to get water on my body. There was water all over the floor in my first room, so I switched to another one. The window didn’t even close properly when I tried to open it, which was frustrating. Plus, I found hair on the sheets! Definitely not a pleasant experience.
