The comfortable bed made for a restful night. The room offered a nice view into a peaceful area, enhancing the overall experience.
The service could be more attentive.

if comfort matters, book a double room with friendly service for quiet nights
The staff were genuinely friendly and open to assisting guests. The room was surprisingly comfortable despite its size.

We enjoyed our stay more due to the helpful location. The restaurant next door offered delicious smoothies, which our whole family loved, especially my babies. The coffee available was a nice touch for early mornings.
My children wanted better sleeping arrangements, as the beds were cramped for four of us. Having some family-sized beds would be great!

We explored the vibrant art district and enjoyed some beach time. The location was perfect for walking everywhere, and the rooms were very clean. Just a heads up, they don't clean rooms from Monday to Thursday, which surprised us.
We found the reception area a bit chaotic, and the room keys were actual keys. It felt outdated and not worth the price we paid. Would've loved more amenities in the room.

Great location but lacking in amenities
The location of this hotel is fantastic—it's within walking distance to downtown attractions and the cruise port. However, the room was quite small, and I found the lack of complimentary breakfast options disappointing. The staff was generally accommodating, but more amenities would significantly enhance the stay.

walking distance attractions, convenient luggage storage, close to public transport
The reception area felt chaotic!!! Room keys were old-fashioned. Hallway lighting was odd and unsettling. Bathroom needed serious updates, especially the shower!!! Make sure to provide more detailed info on room service schedules!!!

missingWrote a review on Jun 14convenient locationsmall refrigeratortiny bathroom
The location provides easy access to the cruise port, making it convenient for travelers heading out on a trip. A small refrigerator in the room adds a touch of convenience for keeping drinks cool, which is nice for short stays.
The general condition of the place feels like it hasn't seen an upgrade in years—think cramped rooms that can't even compare to a stateroom on a ship. The bathroom setup is particularly lacking, with an impractically small sink that struggles to drain and a shower barely wider than a stool. Slippery floors that could lead to some unfortunate spills. The air conditioning is a noisy wall unit that fails to deliver proper cooling, and for a hotel dollar, the bed quality is subpar, making for a restless night. Lighting in the hallways feels dim and adds an unsettling atmosphere, which didn’t help the peace of mind either.

Location excellent for cruises, easy to get to the port. Rooms tiny, felt cramped with little privacy.

The room was clean and comfortable, but the bathroom setup was unusual, with part of it in the bedroom, and the lack of towel handles was inconvenient. Parking was pricey, which was a downside, but the lobby looked nice and the location was very central.

Great Value and Convenient Location!
I had a comfortable five-night stay in a cozy room. The location was perfect for accessing local attractions. The lobby had a nice ambiance, and the staff were friendly. For future guests, try to check out the nearby restaurants for great dining options. Parking can be a bit tricky, so plan ahead!

Friendly, Cozy, Convenient
I was welcomed with the warmest smiles. The room was a cozy escape, spacious enough for all my needs and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Plus, it’s just a hop away from the vibrant Bayside Marketplace for some post-check in fun!
would recommend ❤️😊

The room was tiny, and the bed felt super small. The shower space was cramped, and I struggled to get water on my body. There was water all over the floor in my first room, so I switched to another one. The window didn’t even close properly when I tried to open it, which was frustrating. Plus, I found hair on the sheets! Definitely not a pleasant experience.
