convenient location, economical, co operative staff
the toilet seat on 2nd floor room 210 was broken. Alot of bacteria hides in the creases of these seats when they are broken so one should ensure that toilet seats are without cracks.
The frontdesk staff especially the chinese young lady (didnt get her name). Close proximity to 1st street metromover and metrorail.
A bit too old...saw one small roach during my stay
very close to harbour
other guests were drunk, but made no problems
Dirty bedding, dirty room, dirty bathroom. But cheapest hotel around. Ask for clean sheets and it's worth it.
This is a family operated hotel and the staff are great. Someone at the front desk 24/7 makes it feel very secure, though the locks on the doors are the type that could be easily picked. Free wifi is a real bonus as the big hotels charge $10+ per day for it. Good TV and air conditioning in the room, which is old but basic and clean.
No coffee making facilities - surely a kettle isn't too expensive. I would happily have paid a security deposit to have the use of one. If you need a really hot shower, stay somewhere else. The water flow is good, but less than lukewarm.
there was nothing to like. the hotel should be condemned. there is mold the smell of mold everywhere the matresses filthy the linen dingy. i never will ever put myself thru anything like this again. and this is honestly speaking!
mold, filth, dingy linen, nasty mattresses, awful smell, horrible experience
location was great not too much walking from where i wanted to go, like my room becauce it was just outside of the elevator so it was just in and out
i was there for four nights and i did not get my room clean not even once, but even though i will go again
Convenient location for my business, fit my budget + have stayed here many times in the past.
suggest strict control over strangers/not staying guests [by the shift manager] entertained /permitted to loiter in lobby, premises especially after 10pm, a bit scary for outsiders!
The only redeeming quality of this hotel is the location..It's a couple of blocks away from Bayside Mall, Starbucks, Macy's and a 24 hr Walgreens and of course all the restaurants, fabrics shops and shopping downtown has to offer. You can also catch the Metromover or the bus terminal or the S bus to Southbeach very conveniently.
This hotel is nothing like the pictures. Its way worse! The pictures look like a low end motel but the reality is way more disturbing, it's dirty, there was mold in the shower, a hole in the wall that looked like a mousehole although I didn't see a mouse. I reserved a double bed but got 2 twin beds. The beds are nothing but springs. There is no ac or ventilation in the bathrooms and the sink is in the room. If you come in late at night there are derelicts hanging around catcalling to you and strewn about the shabby lobby. I dont care how cheap it is, you should get more of your good money.
This hotel was the biggest disappointment and was a very low point of our holiday. There were no bottoms in the drawers. The pillows were filthy. The bed covers had cigarette holes and was grubby lookng. We had originally booked for five nights but left after the first night because the room was so horrible and at four in the morning the noise from people arguing could have been heard in the street.
I did not like anything about this hotel it is like a have way house for the homeless the maids did the best they could do they hot water didn't work every day it need to be closed down they have holes people inside all day and outside all day I didn't know it was spring break I book this hotel a month before I got to Miami this was the only hotel the booking .com had open for the seven day I needed to be in Miami this is like home when I ce to Miami I have always book my hotel on the beach they had nothing open so this was the only place that had rooms I see why it's like living out side I will never come to this hotel again and I will report them it's not some where you want to stay for vacation I felt like I was homeless while stay at this eat whole dirty pet smelling hotel don't come to this hotel you can stay outside and sleep on the streets before stay in this place I'm going to report them I told the owners they said we do the best we can this place need to be closed down for good I'm calling channel 7 news on the owner they don't care
pretty poor accomodation,lake of cleanless,old bedsheets,small bathroom
Well what to say. For this price, you shouldn't expect much better but that was below all expectations at all. Bugs welcome you in the room. The sink is at the room entrance door and there is none in the toilet... This facility will be forced to close soon, if they don't at least clean it regularly...
Nearby bayside and Government Center Station.
Water dropped from the ceiling, parking was very noisy, wake-up calling was forgotten, a room smelled bad.
I really dont know how you have that hotel in your site. This hotel is not a place for Tourists. You should make the hotel post more pics. The lady in front desk wasnt professional
